Ms. Hema Malini, Film industrialist
Hema Malini was the second South Indian actress after Vyjayantimala to be a major Hindi film star.

She began her career opposite Raj Kapoor in Sapnon ka Saudagar (1968) where the posters splashed her picture with the catch phrase - 'Dreamgirl'. Hema became a top star and with Seeta aur Geeta (1972) she was the top female star in the Indian film industry.

She is a dancer par excellence and her dance ballets are noted for a fine sense of theatre.

Ms. Lily Madhok, Nutritionist
Lily Madhok is a Consulting Dietician at the Apollo Medical Centre, Chennai, and Director, Saloon 2000, Park Sheraton, Chennai.

A post graduate in Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, Mrs.Madhok is currently doing her Ph.D. at the Andhra Pradesh Agriculture University.

She taught Nutrition and Dietetics at Lady Irwin College, New Delhi and went on to join the Government of India as a Senior Dietician.

Dr. Nanditha Krishna, Director, C.P. Arts Centre

Dr. Nanditha C. Krishna is the Honorary Director of the C.P. Ramaswami Aiyar Foundation and its four constituents: the C.P.Art Centre, the C.P.Ramaswami Aiyar Institute of Indological Research, the Saraswathi Kendra Centre for Children and the C.P.R. Environmental Education Centre.

Dr. Krishna holds a Ph.D. in Ethno-archaeology (University of Bombay) and a degree in French Literature. She also has diplomas in Interior Decoration from the Bureau of Technical and Information Services (Bombay), and in the Care of Museum Objects from the Chemical Conservation and Research Laboratory, Government Museum (Madras).

Mr. Timeri Murari, Author, Director – Movies & Theatre
A novelist, film maker and playwright.

Born in Chennai, India, he has spent several years in U.K and U.S.A, and has now returned to India. As a journalist, he has contributed to The Guardian, The Sunday Times, The Washington Post, The New York Times and many other magazines. He now writes a weekly Column for Business Line. He has also made television documentaries.

Dr. Dega Narayana Reddy - Sexology

Dr. Narayana Reddy graduated from the Stanley Medical College. He did his Masters from the Institute of Basic Medical Science, Chennai. His quest for knowledge and interest in the subject lead him to do his Ph.D. He is a certified Sex Therapist from the American Association of Sex Educators, Counsellors & Therapists.

Dr.Reddy’s doctoral thesis “Studies in Sexual Disorders in Human Males” is considered an authoritative work in the field of Sexology. He has won several Awards at the World Congress of Sexology, Fellowship awards from The American University, etc.

He is an Honorary Professor of Sexual Medicine at VMKV Medical College, Salem and Guest Faculty at the Institute of Management Studies, University of Madras. He is a popular speaker and writer in many scientific and lay Forums.

Dr. Nedungadi V. Haridas - Ayurveda

Dr. Nedungadi Haridas is one of the most respected practitioners of ayurveda. With a Ph.D from the Open International University from Colombo, and a diploma in ayurveda (Ayurveda Rathna), Dr. Nedungadi has conducted numerous studies on the effects of ayurveda in the treatment of infertility, rheumatism and arthritis. He has presented several papers at national and international seminars and is also a prolific writer on the subject.

Dharini Krishnan - Consultant Dietician

Dharini Krishnan is a registered dietician with the Indian Dietetic Association and is currently their President. A Post Graduate in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Nirmala Niketan, Bombay, she is a Consultant Dietician at her clinic in Chennai where she advises clients on different diets to keep fit.

Uma Mani, Yoga

A trained Yoga Instructor and the recipient of several laurels and awards, Uma Mani has a rich background of experience and training. She has hosted a few shows on Yoga on television along with many lecture demonstrations that have been hugely successful. A firm believer in the holistic powers of Yoga – that brings health to the physical and the mental aspects of a person - she has given many lectures about the power of Yoga which can improve the quality of a person’s life, particularly those of women.

Dr. T. Prabalkumari, Psychiatry
Dr. T. Prabalkumari graduated from Thanjavur Medical College in 1980. She later qualified from Madras Medical College with a degree in Psychiatry.

Dr.T. Prabalkumari specializes in the assessment and management of marital problems, disturbances in parent-child relationships, adolescent problems, behavioural disorders in children, family disorders, as well as general psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias, obsessions etc.
