Trouble at work

Hi everybody... one of the most common problems in i have come across is jealousy and un professional nature of people.. those who prefer to discuss more about personal things rather than professional or official things. If people start to think of office as a workplace and not a place for hanging out, things might get better.

Trouble at work arises mainly thru jealous and at many work spots the pivot is carried by both women and men.And for some reason if there is a lapse due to commited role of women in family matters, others try to blow it; and ignoring such things comes with practice.But what ever it is such behavior will affect our rhythm in the work.

Well that's very common at every work place n very difficult to avoid the situation but better to ignore n avoid them n tell them frankly that u r not interested in this things please they might not like it who cares!! right All the best
