Having undergone rigorous training, women are doing various jobs. Some are doing the job of monitoring the track before the race to see that there are no hurdles and the safety barriers are in place. They are also responsible for safety measures and this shows the heavy responsibility they have since they will be responsible for the safety of the top men in the race too.
