Swoop Down to Marry

People are getting married in the sky, in space and even in the depths of the ocean. Sisir Mishra decided to do something spectacular for his wedding and all in keeping with his profession too. Being an aircraft technician and also a sports adventure lover, he decided to dive to his wedding venue from 7,000 feet above sea level! That is really taking the plunge for your loved one! Since he has been an ardent fan of skydiving for the past 12 years, he decided to do it on a very special occasion in his life.

Hot Air Balloon

Sisir says that he got the idea from a young bride who descended on her wedding mandap in a hot air balloon. Sisir’s bride no doubt, was tense but she managed to put up a brave front. The event left a lot of people in the crowd breathless and needless to say, there was thunderous applause from the invitees. Great way to get married, provided you are not too fussy about your hairstyle!
