Its really strange that I' ve to post my question under this category... i m a bit underweight . though i am quiet fit. I' ve a high basic metabolic rate as I am a little tall and also because of my sports background. Hence how much ever I eat it gets burnt out. I want to put on weight in a healthy way. I don't want to go in for fat items or junk food. Any healthy suggestions???????

Being somebody who has always had to fight weightgain I find your problem extremely interesting. The best way to gain weight is ti include a tablespoon of fried groundnuts in your diet everyday. Also increase your intake of carbohydrates. Good luck!
