Hello, I am anxious to know if my legally adopted child would be taken away from me if I were to have a biological baby within a year. Is there any law in India in this regard?

No. Once you have LEGALLY adopted a child, he child is yours and no one can take him/ her away.

Biological infertility is not the only reason one can adopt. I have a biological son and two adopted daughters... So please go ahead.

If there is such a rule.. made by someone.. then its a complete mockery of the system and people who want to adopt.
